Rachel Bedford is the Managing Director of RHB Care Consultancy and has over 25 years’ experience in the care sector
as a registered manager and nominated individual.
Rachel has managed various services, from independent living, residential, dementia/nursing, and set up her own domiciliary care company.
Rachel has led services from Good to Outstanding CQC ratings and wants to share her knowledge by supporting providers through their journey to achieve a quality and Outstanding service.
We can help you to improve your CQC ratings and enhance your reputation within the community and with external regulators. This could help to improve your occupancy and staff morale.
The team will work with you to embrace change within the service and deliver quality care.

At RHB Care Consultancy we are focused on assisting care homes who are registered with the CQC, in improving the quality of care they provide, with the objective of providing quality and exceeding the minimum standards.
This can be achieved by working together to identify where improvements are needed to develop solutions through audits and inspections.
We can support new/existing managers in their role, with 1-1 support and guidance so they can succeed, this can be when promoting within or through challenging situations.
