What They Needed
Little Oldway is a residential care service that wanted an external review of governance documentation and support preparing senior staff for Registered Manager registration.
What We Delivered
We reviewed audits and documentation, delivered mentoring and one-to-one coaching, supported the CQC application process, and prepared the manager for interview. This improved documentation quality, increased management confidence, and ensured readiness for registration and inspection.
